AuthenLynx Terms of Service

Welcome to AuthenLynx, a notary service provider located at Bahnhofstrasse 45, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. By using our website and services at authenlynxup.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

AuthenLynx offers identity verification, document legalization, and related notarial procedures (the "Notary Services"). In addition, we provide digital guides ("Info Products") and ship official seals and forms ("Goods").

All service engagements require prior scheduling and payment of applicable fees. AuthenLynx reserves the right to adjust availability based on local regulations.

3.1 Notary Services

Clients must submit required documentation at least 48 hours before the appointment. AuthenLynx may reschedule appointments without extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Service fees are due upon confirmation.

3.1.1 Refund Policy

If AuthenLynx is unable to provide a scheduled Notary Service due to staff availability or regulatory constraints, clients will be fully refunded for the service fee. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Clients may also request a one-time reschedule at no additional charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made later may incur a fee.

3.2 Info Products

Digital guides and templates are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase. All sales are final upon delivery.

3.2.1 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Info Products, AuthenLynx does not offer any refunds once the download link or file access has been provided. This policy ensures content integrity and prevents unauthorized sharing.

3.3 Goods

AuthenLynx ships physical seals, forms, and related items. Shipping timelines depend on the destination.

3.3.1 Refund Policy

Goods may be sent back for inspection within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Upon approval, AuthenLynx will refund the product value within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Liability

AuthenLynx is not liable for delays caused by third-party authorities. Our maximum obligation under these terms is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific service or product.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

6. Updates to Terms

AuthenLynx may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on authenlynxup.com. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
